Established in 2016, this organic beekeeping business practices nomadism and produces different varieties of honey. It is the brainchild of cousins and friends Francesco Grillone and Marco Zaffino, lovers of nature and its rhythms, hence practitioners of traditional, conscientious apiculture. The result of their labours is the pure honey they sell at their Bottega Agricola, in Collegno, which they run like an old-fashioned corner shop. In addition to honey, they also sell flours, herbal teas, craft beers, Piedmontese wines and their experimental creations, original new combine of honey and other ingredients. They include fruit and honey jams and hazelnut cream with honey. Interesting too are the grappas, produced by Beccaris with lime and chestnut honey, and the honey-based beers. Also available at the shop are fine cheeses by leading Piedmontese producers: the goat cheeses come from Murisengo, the cow and sheep cheeses from a dairy farmer in Giaveno, who takes his herds to pasture on the slopes of Moncenisio.
