The brewery is situated inside Edit Space, a social hub comprising a pub, a biergarten, a restaurant, a cocktail bar, lofts and coworking spaces, opened in 2017 in a rehabilitated electric cable factory in Turin’s Barriera di Milano neighbourhood. It is currently one of the most important on the Turin craft beer scene, with an annual output of over 3,500 hectolitres. It is a dynamic enterprise that enjoys collaborations with many other microbreweries and, thanks to a recent agreement with Feltrinelli Café Edit in Milan and Florence, its products are distributed nationwide. It produces seven standard beers, and a number of seasonal ones, all characterised by drinkability but also personality. Among the most popular are Mia, a helles lager inspired by Uma Thurman’s character in Pulp Fiction, Blanche Noise, an Italian-style wheat beer inspired by Belgian Witbiers and Home Dream, a satisfying self-styled “modern IPA”. The brewery is at pains to contain the alcohol content of its beers, all unfiltered and unpasteurised, and available also in gluten-free versions.
