Caffè Alberto has been one of Turin’s leading coffee roasteries for more than 50 years. The original workshop has now been converted into a state-of-the art processing centre, where Corrado Alberto and Valerio Anzola transform the finest beans from various parts of the world into quality blends. the most prestigious of which is Pappagallo Oro, 100% Arabic with floral notes and a rounded, lingering aftertaste. Then come Pappagallo Rosso (90% arabic), Foresta di Harenna (100% arabica and a Slow Food Presidium), whose beans come from African forests, Caffè Huehuetenango, a single-origin arabica from Guatemala, 1961 (50% arabic), Nero (20% arabic) and decaffeinated, a balanced blend of arabica and robusta. The different varieties are also available ground for espresso machines, moka pots and filters, as well as in pods.
