Itinerary: historic dwellings in the Pinerolo area. 
The project aims to enhance the Pinerolo area in which the origins and evolution of these dwellings are rooted: precious places, preserved with devotion and affection, which testify the importance of historical memory and tell the art, the history and the traditions of our countries.
Between the dwellings involved, Villa Giacosa Valfrè di Bonzo, belongs to Chialva family: The farm Chialva is founded in the family tradition of farmers, distillers and producers of the most ancient Peppermint from Pancalieri. Chialva family is one of the Masters of Taste with ChialvaMenta products.

- Mint and medicinal plants museum
Guided tour at the museum, preceded byan introduction to the history of Villa Giacosa Valfrè Bonzo, built in 1825, and the history of ancient cultivation practices in Pancalieri that began in 1865 within Chialva family.
– Villa Giacosa Valfrè di Bonzo
Villa Giacosa Valfrè Bonzo is going through a careful phase of restoration, which will fully bring to light the articulated beauty of the monument and of the garden. The neoclassical building is nestled in the embrace of its centuries-old lime trees, blossoming in June.
- Chialva Ancient Distillery
The art of cultivation and distillation of the finest Peppermint in the world is told through family memories, in a historic and emotional journey that culminates during the guided tasting Chialvamenta.

The visits, one in the morning and two in the afternoon, will be, upon reservation:
