The fine Vermouth Riserva Carlo Alberto, which comes in three versions, red, white and extra dry, is a product of great excellence from Compagnia dei Caraibi in Colleretto Giacosa, a company specialised in importing and producing high-quality liqueurs. The vermouths are made from the erbaluce and moscato d’Asti grapes grown by the Baracco family for almost 200 years. The Vermouth Riserva Superiore stands out for the selection of spices, flowers, fruit and herbs used to prepare it. Vermouth Rosso is characterised by aromas of cinnamon, cloves and citrus fruit, the Extra-Dry has herby notes and a saffron aroma, and Vermouth Bianco, winner of the gold medal in the prestigious World Vermouth Awards 2020 is marked by notes of caramelised fruit and chinchona, bitter and herby on the palate. The products come in a characteristic blue bottle that represents stylised columns evocative of many Turin palazzi and are on sale at Dispensa in Turin’s Galleria Subalpina.
