The Santa Clelia winery attaches a great deal of importance to hospitality and in addition to tasting the wines, visitors are treated to local charcuterie and cheese. At the small shop it is possible to buy not only the wines but also a few local food products. The production range comprises Erbaluce YPA classica, Erbaluce Essenthia, Dus, a passito, Rigore a metodo classico spumante aged at least 40 months on the yeasts, Bolle Sabaude, a fresher, lighter spumante, perfect as an aperitif, a Rosato and a Canavese Rosso, produced with the same grapes and Rox, a wine for ageing. Though the winery is always open, the last Saturday in every month is given over specifically to visits, during which it is possible to take pleasant walks through the vineyards to the nearby Lake Candia (where a special camper site has been installed). The winery is certified organic and has always been attentive to the problems of the environment.
