Founded in 2000 by Paolo Pitti, this pastry shop is distinguished by the quality of its ingredients and a strong bond with the Canavese area. Eggs, milk, butter and honey come from local producers, while the flours are stoneground from ancient grains grown on their own land. The business collaborates with a network of local producers to champion the region and adopts sustainable choices, using renewable energy packaging that is almost entirely recyclable.
Production includes little pastries, croissants, cakes, biscuits and seasonal specialties such as panettone, colomba and Ferragosto panettone. During the winter season, filled chocolates, bars and eggs are also made. Sales take place mainly at the shop, open Tuesday to Sunday, while the online store offers longer-lasting products like biscuits and seasonal cakes.
