A symbol of tradition and artisanship. Established in Gassino Torinese in 1958 by grandmother Daniela as a chicken farm, since then, with Claudio and Silvia Lorenzini at the helm, the business has undergone a profound transformation and is now rotisserie. Ten years ago, it also expanded significantly with the opening of premises in Brandizzo, which now serve as the headquarters. Over the years, Lorenzini has won the favour of many a customer thanks to direct sales at three street markets at Chivasso, Ivrea and Vigliano Biellese.
Today Claudio and Silvia’s children, Davide and Serena, run the business, adapting it to market demand with an offer that includes various cuts of meat (especially Piemontese fassona veal from calves of three to five years of age) select charcuterie and ready meals such as lasagne and Piedmontese-style fritto mist, mixed fry. Since 2020, online sales, supported by a dedicated app, has consolidated the brand’s presence on the domestic market.
