In the centre of Caselle Torinese, you’ll find a great variety of baked products of unquestionable quality. Giuseppe Di Maggio and Claudia Cacciato bake bread and grissini for both local customers and for restaurants. Free of chemical additives and preservatives, the bread is made with the finest ingredients from a sourdough starter. Many typologies are available every day: farmhouse, wholemeal, rye, rye and figs and heirloom grain are just some of them. Other fancier varieties (with olives, potatoes, walnuts, curcuma, hemp, raisins) are on sale on a rotation basis on certain days of the week. The range is rounded off by fantastic grissini, available in different flavours, crackers, focaccias, peel pizzas, biscuits, breakfast rusks and delicious croissants, ideal for a nutritious breakfast. At Christmas and Easter, the artisan panettoni and colomba cakes are not to be missed. The window display is given over to a selection of local food products.
