With about 2,000 different products for customers to choose from, Rossorubino has been a focal point for great wine lovers for more than 20 years. Besides offering a comprehensive overview of the finest regional labels (including wines made with less well-known grapes such as baratuciat, slarina and croatina), Andrea and Edoardo Gazzera are ramping up imports, especially from France and Spain. If it’s a special label from Burgundy of Alsace you’re looking for, at Rossorubino you’re likely to find it. The same is true of sparkling wine, with their selections of spumantes and champagnes. Andrea and Edoardo round off their work with cultural diffusion activities, organising courses and meetings for all levels of proficiency. The enoteca in Via Madama Cristina also serves food throughout the day, from light lunches to the traditional Piedmontese merenda vinoira, or afternoon snack, from tapas to dinner.
In the summer of 2024, Rossorubino opened a spin-off, Cru, at Piazza Emanuele Filiberto 2 D, where the intention is focused on natural wines as an accompaniment to pleasant light dinners.
